for am lit just make sure you read. essays are usually pretty easy, if you're confused about anything he'll totally help you out, just make sure you ask. sometimes it's unclear what's due but just ask, he'll clarify.

piskura really encourages people to speak up and participate, he will always want to hear what you have to say. he's really good with essay feedback and i really liked his writing assignments; after writing so much rhetorical analysis in high school it was nice to have a teacher assign some creative writing. definitely became a better writer. really got the sense he cared about his students.
