If you are in his economics class, make sure to pay attention and take good notes. The homework is very tedious and he grades on the accuracy, not just completion. He doesn't post slides or any material online, so notes during class are crucial. Extra help time is key to success on tests. The AP Psychology class is definitely difficult, but interesting nevertheless. He gives closed-book/note quizzes every class based off of the previous class' reading homework, which was hard to keep up with. He prepared us well for the AP exam, though.

Mr. LaSpina is one of the best teachers I've ever had. As a person, he is just so caring but also very humorous. His sense of humor is cynical and not for the overly-sensitive, but if you can handle that, you will love him.
