As it is a foreign language class, make sure to memorize as much as you can. It's helpful to know the vocabulary, and remember details from past units. As you progress in the class, you realize how the units build on top of each other.

I think the best advice is that you just need to make sure you remember what he says especially when it comes to kanji but usually most of the time its not hard to remember everything. Just make sure you keep track in everything and you should be fine the biggest thing to worry about is kanji,

This is an exciting class with an amazing teacher. It's definetly not the class you'd wake up and worry about, but it's still notably challenging. Overall, the teacher provides a great learning atmosphere, and you won't be bored.

The quizzes and tests aren't that hard if you do all your homework. I got an A, but I barely studied at all, but I didn't really need to because I did all of my homework. The homework helps. You should expect homework everyday and projects every one or two chapters but they're not too hard and/or time consuming. Sensei answers to your emails pretty quickly.
