The tests are handwritten, and as such, are very hard to read. Examples given during lectures / notes do not always correlate to the math problems on the actual tests. Many students often do not pass the tests, and if this is the case for most of the class, Ms. Reyes will assign a re-take exam for everybody. Her instructional methods are not clear, and questions are often not answered adequately for student understanding. The class is paced inconsistently: extremely slow for the first two Common Core modules, and then too fast for the third and fourth modules, which are often left unfinished because she could not get to teaching the material during the school year.
