- review the "Bible" packet each week, don't wait on it - always help out your group mates since the group work always requires a lot of research and planning - this is not the class for you if you are someone who does not do their part in group projects - learn to hold good communication with your assigned group (not always your friends) or you will suffer with group work and get frustrated - participation is highly recommended; it counts a lot toward your grade (you automatically get a "B" letter grade for participation and that is only if you do your group work and don't speak; could be worse if you do not do group work and do not speak in class)

Ms. Bishop is extremely approachable and one of the nicest teachers you will ever meet. She does way more than an English teacher should; she helps with your college applications and will help with reviewing PIQs.
