Mrs. Nelson is a great teacher and is very nice but she grades harshly. If you want to do well in her class, you need to go above and beyond. Don't just do what the teacher assigns, listen to what she is saying and take notes. A lot of the things that are on the test aren't learned by spirals, most are just things she tells us while learning about that topic. Her tests are mostly all multiple-choice but she makes the questions tricky so it's still hard. Basically, FOCUS and take notes, participate in chopping blocks, speak up, and don't be shy. If you are giving a speech, be loud and make it very dramatic.
