Mr Porter is hands down the best teacher I’ve had over my four years at Mira Loma. Take notes on everything he says, even if it doesn’t seem important, and study all the notes. Make sure you can answer the study guide questions. If you have questions, he loves to answer them. You can also get help from him almost anytime with anything you need. Don’t slack off and you’ll have a great experience.

Mr Porter loves biology and cares about his students! His lectures are clear and entertaining. Tests are manageable if you took good notes and studied them thoroughly. 10/10 teacher
