There are often essays about math problems, she curves according to the highest scores (if one person got a perfect score, the test will only be curved by a few points instead of one or two above the average), and no test or assignment retakes. Rules may vary across different classes. She also uses a point system, where volunteering earns extra credit at the end of the semester. For AP precal you will be required to take 3 finals and 2 midterms. There is a written essay and normal exam for the midterm and for the final it would be the same unless you are taking an AP math class with her then you'll be required to take the AP test and if you do well you get extra points. The trigstar is also mandatory for math 3 and precalculus students.
