A lot of memorization is required but if you pay attention to what she is teaching you you will understand the content of most assignments(including tests/quizzes). She is almost always able to connect with you if you are direct with what you need. Overall I’d say that if you put your best foot forward the class will be educating and fun... it also helps if you shake her hand everyday at the end of class.

You will get LITERALLY EVERYTHING AS LONG AS YOU PAY ATTENTION. You just got to do your homework and pay attention. I didn't even need to study at all because she explains everything. BUT if you don't understand something or are confused, I ADVISE YOU TO LEARN IT because if you don't learn it, you won't understand anything that is going to be happening in Spanish. Make sure you catch your silly mistakes!

Make sure that you show ALLLLLLL of your work. You never know when you will catch a mistake. Also, study the material more than just the study guide she gives you because the tests and the study guide are very different.

His classes usually require exemplary performance on pieces and scales, and he will usually mark you down if you fail at either performing well or if you so much as talk. He rarely has written tests, it's all on your instrument.

Pay attention and make sure to complete your grammar notebook. A good grammar notebook(which he will check) will help your grade.

Make sure you understand each chapter in the textbook. For history quizzes, sometimes I don't even know the prompt because it can sometimes be confusing. So what I do is I memorize the whole chapter of the quiz and say whatever on the page. I always get a good score doing that because I am just dumping everything I know onto the page. For spelling, it's just a regular spelling quiz. For language arts, you have grammar tests every month. Mr. Schoenfeld helps you by giving you videos and work pages on the material you need the most help on. So, you will almost get a good score every single time. His class may have a lot of homework, but don't let that overwhelm you because he always gives you time to do it in class for a period. The one thing I really don't like is study sync. But, you have to stick through it. Also, his class has a cool simulation thing for history and its so cool! Make sure to always prepare for his tests!

Pay attention in class; she may seem like a harsh teacher, but in reality, she's trying to prepare you!!! Her teaching has really helped me in high school, and I wish I had paid more attention in her class. The grammar test may seem overwhelming, but trust me, it's going to help you succeed!

Breakouts are awesome. It's possible to finish all homework in class. You're usually allowed to chat.
