I took AP Chem with Ms. S; they are extremely supportive and she's always there to make sure you know what's happening. If you ask them questions when you're confused, you'll do great!

I made quizlets for each unit that had the terms and general ideas we learned. It was so so helpful in studying for tests, finals, and review now that I am in AP Chem.

I mean chemistry is chemistry, so you either like it or you don't. If you do, definitely do Honors. If you don't like it then do Honors anyways because the curriculum is basically the same and you might as well walk away with Honors credit from it.
