This teacher expects you to be very independent in how you manage your time and work. If you have a question, check if you can answer it yourself or if she will be not be able to answer it, if either of these apply and you ask her said question, she will not enjoy your waste of her time. Do not ever turn in your homework after her grading period (normally day after assignment is due) because she will not regrade it. She is a very much no BS teacher, and won't play along with any jokes you're having. Her letters of rec aren't lengthy but very high quality.
