You have to be really good at memorizing large amounts of vocabulary words for each chapter. The class is taught almost entirely straight out of the textbook. Almost all projects require reciting something.

She's a very nice person. Be careful though, as she's very strict at times, especially when it comes to the whole "in your seat before the bell rings" thing. Participation points are a thing with her, and it really takes a lot in order to get said points up, so just be prepared for that.
