As much as possible, use outside materials to help acquire the language. You must use a language to learn it. Watch videos produced in Latin American countries or in Spain, and which have dialog in native Spanish with matching subtitles. Try to find videos with subjects you're interested in, and at a level you can at least understand some of. Watch them repeatedly. Do the same with music. Try to find native Spanish speakers to help you.
