Horvath refuses to teach beyond the basic bare minimum, do your own research and your gonna need money to pay for your own supplies

He often sits on his phone for long periods of time and only sometimes walks around the room and asks questions. When Horvath does answer, he refuses to offer additional help like a possible alternative idea because he feels it’s best for the student to figure it out, I feel this is detrimental to kids learning and his inability to do the bare minimum is now affecting the students. He does not lecture, nor teach, nor instruct, and i’m honestly shocked no prior action has been taken.
