Stay focused, and don't be afraid to ask questions. Questions are helpful to both the student asking and the entire class.
Don't be afraid to ask Ms. Hakki questions!
1) Make sure you use all class resources available 2) use the office hours before and after school to clear your doubts 3) never hesitate to ask questions 4) make sure you do every hw assignment- it helps you understand the material as you move along the chapters 5) Enjoy the class
Ms. Hakki is one of the best, if not the best math teacher I have ever had. She explains math in detail and makes understanding difficult concepts simple and easy. Instead of just stating the answer to a problem, Ms. Hakki explains WHY it is that answer so that you can fully understand how to solve a math problem, rather than just memorizing it. If you ever experience any difficulty with a concept, she is available during Office Hours and is always willing to help you. Ms. Hakki truly cares about her students and is passionate about her subject. In the past, I felt that math was not necessarily my strongest subject, but since having Ms. Hakki for two years, my understanding of math has completely changed, and I have greater confidence in working within this subject. However, don't expect this to be an "easy" class where you can slack off. If you work hard, study, and ask questions, you will thrive and become extremely knowledgeable in the subject! Thank you, Ms. Hakki for making learning interesting and fun.
Listen well in class to understand the concepts that way you can practice more problems and understand the material even better. Ms. Hakki is great at explaining and takes the time to make sure each student understands all the material, so by listening in class, you will be able to better comprehend the content and work on the amazing and helpful practice problems she provides for us in a book she made to really ensure that we can succeed on any of the content.
