I took AP Chemistry with this teacher (without the Honors Chemistry prerequisite) and I found it very difficult. You will probably be very confused, have no idea how much homework/tests are worth, and your grade is not a good indicator of how you will do on the AP exam (I know people with an A in the class who got a 2 on the AP). Be prepared to do a lot of work outside of class and possibly hire a tutor because just the class alone will likely not prepare you at all for the AP. Also, make sure you have the prerequisite before taking the class.
