Participate, for god's sake please participate it's so easy. You can't learn anything if you don't even try

Do the daily work and don't stress about tests too much. If you're behind CATCH UP. A constantly updating French vocabulary will allow you to learn and understand more.

Make sure to participate and memorize words and sentence structure. Without a strong foundation in the language you'll never be able to build off of it.

A very chill teacher. Conversations and help are always accessible. Don't use translate as a tool for cheating. It will only screw you up on the tests. Don't get overwhelmed by the multitude of conjegations. Monsieur, please give me an A.

Honestly, just listen to the lessons and don't be a jerk cuz Mr. Benjelloun's dope and he's a really chill dude. Also don't fall asleep. TRUST ME. YOU WILL WAKE UP AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE LEARNING ABOUT.

I had his class for French 1 and french 2. I'm a pretty good student, I have straight A's in all my other classes, I had to work my living butt off to pass this class his homework is so tedious and way to much. His test are all free response and extremely difficult, he also gives you 25 minutes max to take a test so prepare to rush. With all this work you still don't learn much. He usually just talks and spills tea about other students so I wouldn't be surprised if he said something about me to another class. He also grades participation Wich is understandable since it's a language class. But if you're someone who deals with anxiety when speaking to people, be prepared to be constantly scared because that's most of your grade. Don't get me wrong he's a nice guy, but a below average instructor
