the class is really easy but know that tests can affect your grade a lot since there’s not many of them. tbh the on-level class gives quite a bit of work anyway and you’ll have hw sometimes, so you might as well do honors to heighten your gpa. in the on level wh&geo class it’s mostly notes off of slideshows, dbqs, and we do watch movies sometimes and answer easy questions to them(ask for her to put subtitles on lol)
Mr. Goux comes off very strict and it can seem like he’s a mean or unfair teacher, but as long as you just pay attention you’ll get a good grade very easily. I almost always had C’s or D’s in math but in his class I never got below a 96. I even went back to him after school for help in my senior year physics and math classes.
It's hard. I only know a handful of people to ever get an A in his class and I'm one of them. We "learn" the equivalent of two years of math in this class throughout the year, the information load is a combination of redundant and stifling and if you don't go in for tutoring nearly every day you will never learn anything, write down every formula on your note cards and on your calculator, do all you homework and never do anything wrong or he will take off the extra points that will serve as your saving grace at the end of the semester. This class is the bane of my existence and that's all I can say. Also get a slader account and tell your parents it's for purely educational purposes because it will save your life.
