Don't expect to get an A in the class or on any essay you write. Memorize every literary term if you can, papers are weighted the heaviest, which sucks because even the highest overachievers in this class wouldn't even dream of getting a B on one of her essays. Test material is hardly reviewed in class and no advice you receive on your essays will ever help you, and if you ever try to think outside the box, as creative writers should, you and your will be shut down. I dreaded this class every morning.
