Don’t think his personality is suitable for a teacher. Especially if someone can observe and read you easily. He is very insecure, pretentious, and stubborn. Cares very much about how he is perceived by other teachers where his teaching becomes a competition among his peers, this also leads to high pressure and frustration when being observed by others, and emotional instability may occur when his insecurities are threatened. He brushes off any criticism from people especially on this site as “hate” or “haters” and immediately tries to delegitimise this sites legitimacy and is stubborn to try to take any criticism or have any thought about the ratings he is stubborn and doesn’t want his pride hurt. He may also hold personal biases against students. Has a very dislikeable personality which makes the class unmotivating, uninteresting and dislikesble
