- Take the constructive criticism she gives you on your art - put a lot of time and effort into your art and use the skills she taught you in class to make it even better - Take advantage of the time she grants you to work during lunch time or instead of one class - Take art seriously and show her by talking to her how interested you are in it

Ms. Anania was a great art teacher. She really tried to make us do our best and wouldn’t accept anything less than good since she knew all of us were capable of greatness and expected at the end of the year with her constructive criticism for us to improve greatly and be very proud of our results since we know we tried our hardest. She could tell when someone didn’t put much effort and expected more since the bar was set high with the amazing art students that came from our school. But she was always open to her students coming in at lunch to work on their artwork since she knew they were really committed. And as a homeroom teacher she was very lenient and understanding towards me since I was late many times and she liked to interact with us in the morning and see what we we’re up to.
