If you take this class, you will read a lot!. Two full books (300 pages each), plus a lot of extra material she will leave you to read at home. A lot of reading which can disturb the REAL SUBJECTS IMPORTANT to your concentration. Ex Nursing, IT, etc. However, Mrs. Burns is an EXCELLENT teacher, always available and most of all, very nice compared to other teachers at the Cegep. All the material read in class was very interesting. Thanks Mrs Burns!

If you don't mind writing a lot of texts, than you'll love this class! Although the amount of work was overwhelming, if you invest a lot of time and effort in each of your writing productions, you'll have amazing grades. Prepare yourself to work a lot though! Needless to say, this class was truly beneficial for me by allowing me to improve my writing tremendously.
