The exam was very hard and very messy ( I mean the layout of the text made it very hard to follow and there was no space to answer which made it very hard to read). There were questions about things we did not discuss in class and it was not mention in class that there would be study case in the exam. There were development questions about subject we discuss for a minute of two. The exam was not representative of what we saw in class. The pages that we need to read were given a week before the exam.
