I took Phys. Ed. 101 (Fitness) and it was super easy, chill and fun! For people that doesn't do much workout, you get a nice and chill workout every class. Easy understanding of the exercise equipment and of the class material. The assignments and paperwork are super easy and short. Attendance is required though lateness can be forgiven since she checks attendance through in-class assignments. Textbook required.
