Cours de santé et conditionnement rythmée C’est très facile d’avoir une bonne note, 90% de la note est basée sur de la théorie. Beaucoup de course, mais les résultats ne comptent presque pas. Il y a des lectures et un questionnaire à remplir avant chaque cours, c’est facile mais il faut bien les faire car elle vérifie et ils comptent pour beaucoup. Il faut aussi être présent si non on perd beaucoup de points et arriver en retard de +15 minutes aussi. Si non c’est très chill comme cours! Les entraînements sont variés et c’est bien structuré.
