Make sure to read and understand novels on time. Also make sure to understand the structure of the essay you're working on

Teacher is not scared to call you out in front of the class. Once a kid forgot his novel and she was kind of passive agressive about it. As long as you stay on her good side you should be fine. That said, she's a really good teacher, effective and knows what she's talking about. She makes it easy for you to understand whatever is going on during the class.
