For someone who’s not active daily, the class might be exhaustive and hard on your body. It’s possible that you will think about giving up after only 1-2 hours. Coming from someone who’s been there, I can assure you that the "pain" will go away on the second day of snow. Overall, the class is worth it, but you should be prepared physically and mentally.
