For this course, make sure to actually read the texts/stories/novel she assigns as you'll need to prove a profound understanding of context, characters, quotations, etc. during an evaluation. Use all possible resources in preparation for an in class assignment, they are no joke, ~600 - 800 words total. Use summaries, audiobooks, analyses, review, etc.
Everything that is said in class is the right answer. In essays do not try and be creative and have your own ideas. Just regurgitate everything that Purna says because what she says is the only thing she will mark right.
Not all test material is reviewed in class. At times the teacher will ask to you to research the smallest things such as a footnote. These small things will be on a test, so I would suggest taking extensive notes.
