Pay attention in class; be on Ms Birkett's good side (if you put in the effort, she'll be incredibly nice and care about your success greatly, whereas if you don't, you'll probably end up with less support during classes. ). Use audio books, and annotate well. Do not get the Amazon version of "SlaughterHouse 5", the book falls apart, literally.

The class is fine but we take a lot of notes. that we never use.

Lucas Fitch

Mr Fitch is a triumphet teacher with a vibrant personality; however, it seems as if he was an English professor in his past life with all of the writing he has us do, especially in World Issues, where you had to read a book (of your choosing) and write about it for your CCT. Despite this, he does a lot of test review in class, and post's study guides. He is more "relaxed" when it comes to marking.

- he doesn't check homework (at least 9th grade science) - bonus questions have nothing to do with science - he's really cool - he has practice in the mornings so he sometimes he isn't there during extra help

Depending on the course, have prior knowledge of Premiere Pro/Garage Band/Photoshop Mr Stamper is a beam of light, often going out of his way to ensure his students succeed in their craft. He is one of the calmest teachers in the entire school. Do note that in the mornings, his classroom is extremely busy, and it might be harder to get extra help from him (though he is very much open to providing support to anyone who walks through his doors). Tests are pretty straightforward. He tends to quiz you on the more practical things that you actually should remember (i. e. what film technique was used here) rather than some random question that you will never need to know in your entire life. He is a pretty relaxed marker. I wish all teachers were like Mr Stamper and used him as an example, especially regarding tests...

In order to do well in Ms. Turks class, you must memorize everything and know all obscure details relating to the material. Not all of the test material is reviewed in the class. Be prepared for any question to be asked. Stay on top of homework and make sure you are not behind or there will be consequences.

The most useful advice I can give is to try your best and show that you tried. Do the research, workout hard. If you give an inch, he will give a mile.
