She gives really really great studying tips, so make sure to ask for them and to use them! Also, there's usually lots of drawing, application, and thinking questions on her tests, so try to practice drawing diagrams and synthesizing information. Some of our projects are a little creative too, and she loves the funny ones!

Mr. Fleisher teaches grade 9/10 Math courses, including gifted. The material and workload aren't hard, at least not when compared to Advanced Functions and Calculus in grade 12. The best way to do well in any math is to do the assigned homework. Unless you are a math prodigy, you will absolutely need to do practice problems regularly. Cramming the night before a test is not going to cut it.

Ms. Nechyporuk is one of the best teachers in Northern Secondary School. She may seem a bit hard, but if you study well you'll be sure to do well within her classes. She is imtimadating in looks and sound, but that is one of the few nit-picky qualities you may pick our of her. Evaluations are fair and are suited towards her content and is fair in judgement and understanding should issues arise.
