I have no idea, you gotta be decent and actually put effort into the work, considering that if you have zero interest in the work assigned, it will be absolute (pardon my French) hell. The projects and work are always amusing and keep your attention, as they are creative and require imagination. If you are not interested, or uncreative, good luck.
