WAY too much homework, there was a presentation, report and website due within a week of each other and we were only given a week to work on it

TEACH YOURSELF EVERYTHING. Her lectures are always either way too fast or off topic or both. If you want to ensure you have the material under control, the only way to do it is to teach it to yourself. Also, if you have her as your teacher, know that the marks don't really reflect how well you're doing because she will pick and choose what wording she deems to reflect the right answer.

The only way to succeed in this class is to not to take it. If you do you have to put in some effort that you always know could have been put into something better. And 100% of the material could be learned better by self-studying which always makes you regret taking the course when you realize that if you self studied the material then you didn't have to worry about the marks. And you have to self learn the material anyway because only 5% of the material is covered in class and if you don't have some experience with Office Apps already then you will need to self learn the material, and worry about the grades.
