If you want to succeed, you need to understand what's being taught in class. A lot of the time students think it's about memorization, and memorizing a piece of information can be quite difficult. However, if you understand the topic, you will have all the information engraved in your brain, just like a story, if you understand the story, you can tell it by heart.

Mme. Burns is a wonderful teacher. She has never met biases and is fair to everyone. Even that popular kid in your class who talks a lot won't be her favourite. She is however picky about raising your hand so make sure to! She is a very modern learning styled teacher, she roasts people (gently and not in a harmful way, playfully you can say). She is always always always there for students. Idk if she'll change her style of teaching, but she for the majority of the time stays after class during lunch to help students, she gives second chances for tests. She is really helpful. However, she does give homework often, and she checks for it. She is a bit strict on grading, especially learning skills.
