She likes to see specific content from the handouts/textbooks, so make sure you memorize the points instead of just the general idea. Even articles that you think are not significant will pop up on tests and stuff so be sure to pay attention

Just do the homework and ask questions if you are confused. As long as you listen in the class and do what is expected, you will do just fine!

Mr. Hicks is hands down one of my most favourite teachers OF ALL TIME. His teaching style is so great, the topics covered in class are basically ingrained in your brain even if you don't pay attention too much. He's a fair marker and a fun teacher to have. He's always happy to help and offer you his advice on your projects. One of the best parts about him is if you're unsure about an assignment or if you just want to check in, Mr. Hicks is always more than happy to look over your work and tell you what you could improve on/include. He always covers what's on tests/exams in class and for the time I had him, I received ZERO homework.
