Class of 2021

This class was relatively easy as long as you pay attention in class and contribute to class discussions. Read the book and be open to having discussions and debates on the different topics. Tests and quizzes were not extremely difficult but you need to pay attention and know the book to complete them. Essays were not incredibly long either but you need to be able to prove your point to get good grades.

Made the novels throughout the course and the information relevant to current issues. He would engage students by asking open-ended questions and playing devil's advocate to help students consider all sides of an argument or situation. He made a seemingly boring book interesting and forced you to critically think to understand the character's motives and hardships experienced. He was a fantastic, approachable teacher who I learned so much from. You would honestly be scared to enter his class wondering what he would pull on you today but truly truly an amazing teacher.
