The grade 8 music course was very flexible. The theory took up a bit of time, but we had a lot of artistic freedom in GSUs and ISUs, where I would write songs to perform for the class. I learned how to play the flute more, as this was my second year playing woodwind/brass instruments. Overall a great course (even with some boring theory/history)
