In Grade 12 University Prep. Chemistry, you will need to memorize certain properties of different compounds/why they have those certain properties, you will need to know how to name/draw organic compounds (alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, alcohols, esters, ethers, thiols, etc. ), you will need to memorize certain formulas (mainly in the energy changes and reaction rates unit, also in the Chemical systems and Equilibrium unit), you should know the applications of chemistry. Chemistry is a pretty heavy course, there are lots of new things you will learn, it is enjoyable with Ms. Reka-Isaj though, so you will enjoy it (I sure did, even with the pandemic going on). Try your best not to fall behind, because things go by pretty fast and it might be hard to catch up. Enjoy your time in Chemistry :)
