Be active, engage in class discussion, and dont be afraid to lose a debate or misunderstand something. The people who do best in this class are always the ones who make mistakes to learn, not the ones who only do what they think is supposedly the right option

Best teacher you will ever have, period. Is super passionate about the field of law and shows it, and teaches in a very friendly way that accounts for different learning styles while still ensuring you learn the fundamentals of the class. Most importantly, he teaches you not just about the law, but how to think critically, how to remove your bias when passing judgement, and how to see all the different sides of a problem.
