As a gym teacher, she will encourage you to participate. That means that you should participate because if you fail to do so, so will your grade. Participation may not always mean playing your best, but putting in your effort is always noted. She may also give you better marks if you are a great team play during the game as well as not.

Is passionate about her work, and is invested in her students. A great teacher overall.
