It helps a lot if you engage with your classmates in his law class and don't hesitate to ask for guidance in writing essays, he's more than willing to work through it with you.

He's a really invested teacher and is open to discussions. He enjoys teaching upper classes over lower classes so if you're in his grade ten and lower class he may seem a bit less invested. All you have to do is be engage in intellectual conversation. He likes jokes so laugh with him lool.
