Very good teacher as I can say from the short 1 month time period that he substituted for my computer engineering class. He's very nice and helpful but doesn't explain anything. All the real research must be done using the internet on your own. Tests (if any) are worth the most and if we have any lab work, he will usually give out 100s if the projects function as they should. Ample time given to complete work and tests are not that difficult. A fair warning that Mr. F may take a while to go around and check everyone's circuit as he likes to spend more time with students who are struggling the most. Honestly, idek if he's still an official teacher or not, but if he is, best of luck because his class is very fun and engaging. You will learn a lot from him and I wish him good luck for the future :)
