- ability to memorize scripts is key - doesn’t matter if you do it well, as long as you participate - lots of group work

Mr. Bilton is easily the nicest teacher in Simcoe County. Expect to work hard because physics is hard, but hopefully his jokes and piano playing will make up for the struggles

His Chemistry classes put a huge focus on the theories therefore you really need to do the work to do good on his tests. He gives a ton of homework questions (like too many to actually be able to do) but if you can pick some each night to do you will pass his class with flying colors.

Overall you need to pay attention to deadlines as its very important in that class, try to avoid getting the snowball effect, as he will assign works before you even have the chance to finish the one before, your best way is to focus on his class for a majority to keep up

Amazing teacher, advice; be as confident as possible in the ISU and CHAPTER seminars while speaking. He looks for confidence and is very helpful in giving high marks!!

- DO THE HOMEWORK, it's not a joke - the more practice you get, the more it gets to be muscle memory to do the questions (I am not joking) - Ask him to take up homework questions, he always does and he always will, he's nice that way

- I took biology and had her teach me in both grade 11 and 12. Biology is a very heavy memorization course but if you study every night (not rigorously, just look over your notes / read them over twice) then by the time it's test day, you can recite the note like the back of your hand (repetition repetition repetition!!!!! ) - Watch Crash Course Biology on YouTube because it helps visualize the stuff you learn about (be careful it has a little more info than we need though) and the host is entertaining to watch - Make sure to understand how things work together (like how the entire photosynthesis process works together) and not just blindly memorize because the big questions on tests require thinking and applying that knowledge to other situations and you need to understand the what and the why!

I have her for math class, and the best thing to do is to make sure you do the CYU sheets she hands out and take notes! they're very helpful when it comes time for the test.

She wasn't half bad to be generally honest, the amount of homework wasn't very high but for each individual assignment you had to write a lot of things like, you would basically have to write a whole essay per each assignment, and for history books, they are often very dusty and can cause allergy issues which isn't preferred, it could be great if she would dust them before she gives them to students, Overall her class featured a lot of fun kahoots and many other great experiences

If you actively participate in this class you will almost always know what is happening. And dont forget to TAKE ALL of your notes because you WILL need them in the future for reviews and tests.

Get good at multiple choice because half the tests are multiple choice. Treat the quizzes as big tests because they are worth more than they should be. That is not a teacher issue but a Bio Department issue

- He gives ample amount of time in class to complete the homework so finish it. - Get help if you don't understand something because the time he gives to do the homework can be used as time to get help, it's a win-win. - The theory is very easy if you remember how to do it (it gets to be muscle memory at some point).
