The class would have been more interesting and the work would have been less of a burden if the teacher knew science well. I had to study bio on my own as the doesn't offer help, so memorization is key.
Ask as many questions as possible or else you'll be left behind, always do practice questions at home, and brush up on questions you haven't done in a while every two weeks. Memorize the basics since everything relies on those, not all material on the tests are reviewed in class, so practice equations every way possible.
