This class is amazing because the cooking is fun, and we get to make the BESTEST BESTEST food ever!! The exam is open book so all you need to remember are your notes and past assignments, then you will be okay. For exams you get to cook as well! In my opinion, Foods is an amazing course because of the leniency and support the class provides.

One additional note: PLEASE clean up your assigned kitchen after cooking, because it is unfair for the next class to see all of the kitchen tools not put properly :(
