For AP Chemistry: - The class moves very fast, mostly from notes Ms. Kirk has made, take time to review stuff on your own and ask questions!! - There is a LOT of material so being in class is really important or you will miss a lot - Your exam is worth 20-30% of your grade but daily quizzes are worth 10-20% and are a really easy way to boost your grade, take those 15 minutes to memorize solubility rules and polyatomic ions it's worth it - you will be given a lot of extra practice, focus on the unit tests and the hand ins, don't worry about the application papers she hands out or the small assignments, but if you have the time doing a couple questions from the individual assignments after each lesson will help a lot

- Ms. Kirk expects a lot, but because she knows you're capable, she's always there to help so ask for help if you need it! - She goes through the theory super fast so you need to read it over on your own and come back and ask questions - She spends a lot of time in class on the math and makes it super clear so you don't need to do that on your own - Ms. Kirk has been my very very favourite teacher at Balmoral Hall, she really cares about her students and is super organized, an amazing teacher!!
