Mr. Wightman is very ambitious and he likes to see that in students. I cannot stress this enough, ask him for feedback on just about everything you do. He wants you to annoy him and get him to look at your work every step of the process. He may ramble a bit but it's worth asking questions and sticking around for a super long answer. You'll have to prepare before talking to him if you want useful feedback, ask specific questions and for clarity.

make sure you get feedback from him on more than 1 occasion for projects/assignments
