I had the privilege of being the second year that Ms. Chan had taught through grade 8-12. She is one of my favourite teachers I've ever had. She is wonderful, kind, and really seemed to care about us. If you are on the fence about joining the Jazz band, I would highly recommend it as a fantastic experience where you play some really fun and interesting scores.
