Make sure you fill out your notes, you will DEFINITELY do better with notes. Belzile gives out notebooks will fill in the blanks for notes so you don't have to take your own, and she clearly marks what needs to be written and what doesn't.

Memorizing the formulas is the best way to succeed, but she usually will give papers with formulas for assignments and tests. Use a 10x10 multiplication chart at every test so that you can have it for the final exams just in case. If you don't use the multiplication chart 50% of the time throughout the year you don't get it for the final. Tremblay DOES track this.
