1. Marks short-answer very easily, and is not extremely picky about rounding. Take advantage of this. 2. A formula booklet is provided, so no need to memorize any formulas unless he explicitly tells you too, 3. Practice problems are the exact same difficulty and type on the tests, so do them and do them well. There are no surprises on the exams,.

Mr. Scharf makes science interesting and accessible for every single student. He genuinely cares about student's wellbeing, and constantly makes himself available for help and guidance. His concern goes outside of the classroom as well, and takes a genuine interest and concern in the lives and issues of his students, including their postsecondary plans. A truly exemplary example of what it means to be a good educator and mentor to teenagers.
