He teaches gym so be ready to move around and be active. My final mark was based on running 4km. You set your own pace and have to complete it by the end of class. I'm definitely not an athletic person but if you put in the effort and actually try, you'll see you fitness level growing and you'll be able to do more over time.
He teaches social and he's quite passionate about it so there's a lot of stuff you'll learn. Try to condense it down into the main points and you should be good.
